Why do you run?

To feel strong and set an example

Describe your best marathon memory.

Deciding to go for it at Mile 6 of the 2021 Harrisburg marathon. And bringing it home with a negative split.

Why do you pace?

To share the success of running an evenly paced race. To share the joy of a PR. And to be an example that I can do hard things.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Looking forward to finding out.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

To take the pressure off themselves to reach the goal. By sharing the burden of running an evenly paced race and finding joy in running with a group of runners chasing the same goal.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Cover up your GPS watch, and let me do the work.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I'm a mom of 3 very active boys, and a MS warrior. I am proud of my ability to train and race in the face of these charges.
