A quotation you like…

“The run doesn’t begin until you have forgotten that you are running”

Why do you run?

I have been running ever since I was a child.  I don’t feel like myself when I am not able to run.  I feel better, I think clearer, and I am a much happier person because I run.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Crossing the finish line of my very first marathon…I was thrilled and couldn’t wait to run another one.

Why do you pace?

I have been blessed to be able to do what I love and reach most of my goals.  I want to help others reach their goals and have the best race experience possible.  I believe that good experiences out there on the race course help people make running a lifestyle instead of a once in a lifetime event.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

We will arrive on time & have a great time getting there.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Relax, stay hydrated & most importantly…have FUN!

Anything else you’d like to share?

Don’t let minor setbacks hold you back.  Be smart and listen to your body, but also know that he body is miraculous.  It can do most of what is demanded of it.  The strength is in the mind and if you want it bad enough, it is there for the taking.

Give back to the running community whenever and however I can.
