Why do you run?

I have always been active and I like to win!

Describe your best marathon memory.

Finishing the 2013 Disney Marathon with my wife was great.  I got food poisoning on the Friday before the race and decided to stay with and help her finish her first marathon.

Why do you pace?

I have always had a natural ability to keep pace and run steady.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I paced my friend during a local half marathon; his goal was to break 1:30.  We where about 1 minute under goal pace when suddenly we where only under by 5-10 seconds.  We hammered the last few miles and he went 1:29:41.  Well the race was actually .4mile long so he ended up with a 1:27 time.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I will hit it the splits and we will have some fun along the way.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Stay with me, don’t get giddy legs.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Just nod and smile if you don’t understand me, most people do

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Well I coach at a small college that barely pays so does that count!
