Why do you run?

I think I started to run more when I found out I had the talent to run well, after that I just fell in love with the sport.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Finishing 3rd at the St. Louis Marathon in 1993 and breaking 3 hours!

Why do you pace? I love helping others achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience. Helping runners qualify for Boston at the QC Marathon.

Why should someone run in your pace group? I love to talk so I’ll keep you entertained.  I’ll share tips and remind you to fuel and hopefully get you motivated to get your race goal.

Any tips for runners about to join your group? Really practice your fueling strategy during your long training runs.

Anything else you’d like to share?

What philanthropic activities do you have? I love to volunteer at aid stations and individually pace runners at Ultra Marathon Events.
