Why do you run?

 

I love running with others because it makes running fun. It also helps with understanding how setting goals, both attainable and audacious, can be incredible motivators for accomplishing “impossible” tasks. It’s also because Pacer Jay has inspired me over and over and has an incredible story.

Being well-trained and actually enjoying the Air Force ½ Marathon

To have someone to encourage them with great empathy

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Train with a plan so they can enjoy the experience.

Anything else you’d like to share?

If you don’t train, don’t make yourself miserable and try to do a long race.

 

What philanthropic activities do you have?

 

Host a small Group, play in a praise and worship band; Board Member for The Victory Project, the USO of Central & Southern Ohio, TAC Enterprises, and the AFA.
