To stay fit and also the sense of satisfaction I feel after I finish. It also helps to clear my mind.

TCM 08 in miserable conditions working as a wind and rain break for a small gal to assist in keeping her warm and setting a PR.

 

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

Because I am fun to run with, have good stories to tell and am very supportive of those running with me. I am constantly providing encouragement for those in my group.

Let me sweat the details. All you need to do is run and have fun.
