Why do you run?

The terrific support, friendships and camaraderie of other runners, traveling to new places to run, and the great health benefits

Describe your best marathon memory.

Meeting a blind runner during a marathon and cheering as he came across the finish line.  Nothing is impossible!

Why do you pace?

To help people achieve their goals and learn a lot from them as well.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Helping my best friend finish his first marathon after he had told me for years he would never try one.  He has since finished over 15 marathons!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

You will finish the race at your goal pace and have a lot of fun with some great people along the way!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Remember that the race is over 50% mental.  You have trained hard for this event so enjoy it!  You can do it!
