A quotation you like…

“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.” T.S. Eliot

Why do you run?

Primarily trails but really anywhere my feet will take me.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Running Nashville with the support and company of my family.

Why do you pace?

I love to connect with other runners and experience them reaching their goals. Everybody has a story, you just have to listen sometimes.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Tough one: probably pacing the old Las Vegas course with a strong head wind and a group that just wouldn’t give up. I will never forget or get all the sand out of my teeth!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am quiet at first but once I get warmed up I have some great stories to share. Plus, I am a nice guy.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Remember running is supposed to be fun, be ready to go through a roller coaster of emotions but once we cross that finish line, nothing can compare to that feeling.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I can’t normally go one to two days without having a cookie.
