Describe your best marathon memory.
|
At Graindstone 100 this year I pushed through crazy trails coming out with 4 miles left somehow havinggas in the tank. Then saw I could break 29hr (only expected to come close to 30hr) so pushed sub 10 for the final 4 miles to come in over 1hr faster than my A goal |

Why do you pace?
|
I love helping other reach their goals and bringing the pace group to life with energy and laughter. Inducing cognitive running to get everyone past where their limits |

Tell us your best pacing experience.
|
I was able to pace several runners at Disney marathon where they were struggling but used my voice and energy to overcome their lows finishing minutes ahead of their goals and PRs. |

I love to pace and help you and others not only enjoy your running experience but reach or exceed your potential |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
I love to joke and laugh anytime I can. I will play games and get you thinking so you can take your mind off any running difficulties you are experiencing. Lets go have a blast and find your finish line! |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I am a big advocate for saving our planet whenever possible. I participate in energy savings (EV and others) as well as recycling and solar power generation. Anywhere we can conserve and extend our world for our and others futures I am all in. |
