A quotation you like…

Just go out and be imperfect. Laugh every time you fall. Be you, Bravely.

Why do you run?

It is you v you, where I find peace.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Seeing the child champions at their designated mile markers at Columbus Marathon.

Why do you pace?

I like to help other runners achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing a marathon where we realised the course was too long after 13 miles and still helped the runners achieve their target time.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

To have a fun, enjoyable and fulfilling race. We smile at every camera.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Prepare everything the night before. Take toilet paper with you to the start (you me popular). Try to relax, everything that you think is going wrong before your start are usually just nerves and adrenaline. Start with a clear mind. You will know what type of race you are going to have after the first 10km.

Anything else you’d like to share?

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I run and cycle for charity, raising money for different causes close to my heart.
