Why do you run?

 

I run to free my mind, move my body and connect with amazing people.

Describe your best marathon memory.

 

Running the Philly Marathon with a group of guys I met online to run a sub-4 hour marathon and instead of hitting the wall at mile 20, I got the ultimate runners high and crossed the finish line with a 16 minute PR.

Why do you pace?

 

I love helping others guide them to the finish line to achieve their race goals!


Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

Runners should join my pace group if they have a specific race time goal and want to maintain a steady, consistent pace without constantly checking their watch. By running with me, they can conserve mental energy, stay motivated within a group, receive potential course guidance, and confidently stay on track to achieve their target time.
