I run to free my mind, move my body and connect with amazing people. |

Running the Philly Marathon with a group of guys I met online to run a sub-4 hour marathon and instead of hitting the wall at mile 20, I got the ultimate runners high and crossed the finish line with a 16 minute PR. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Runners should join my pace group if they have a specific race time goal and want to maintain a steady, consistent pace without constantly checking their watch. By running with me, they can conserve mental energy, stay motivated within a group, receive potential course guidance, and confidently stay on track to achieve their target time.
