Why do you run?
I love running and staying in shape. I also love the challenge of pushing myself when it gets hard. |

At the Philadelphia Marathon there were thousands of fans cheering and it made for an awesome experience. |

I love helping other people to reach their running goals. Sometimes all somebody needs during a race is a little encouragement. |

I enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their running experience. I will also be encouraging and pushing you throughout the entire race to help you achieve your goal! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Hydrate well before the race and taper your miles in the time leading up to the race. Also give me all the information you can about your training history and how hard you want to be pushed to achieve your goal. |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
Training for a marathon takes a lot of time. Don’t waste it by not having a proper race strategy. By running with a pacer you can ensure that you won’t burn yourself out by going out too fast.
