Getting a 3:38:38 in Virginia Beach in 2009 it ws a NYC marathon qualifying time and my dream time, so it was fun to do. |

When I started to run pacers were critical to getting me to the end, so it is nice to now be able to help others. |

If you want time I am holding in my hand I will get you to the end right on it. |
