Running brings people together, reduces stress, recomposing your day and mainly very entertains for me. |

Best marathon memory is Chicago 2022, fell down two miles to finish and bleeding yet I finished with my PR for that year. |

|
Pacing is incredibly satisfying event for me. I love the thrill of bringing the people in my group to the finish line and being part of their success run. |

At the Fort Lauderdale Half, a runner in my group was ready to give up in the final minute. I kept encouraging her, telling her the finish line was just 100 meters ahead, and she pushed through |
