I love running and I love helping others reach and succeed in their goals. I would not have reached my goals without pacers helping me, so I know how important they are and how they can really make or breaj a race |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I would not have achieved my goals without pacers. Marathons are a formula and a metal game, don’t focus on your watch, trust the pacer to get you to the finish line |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Stay patient, relax, I’ll run the pace and get you to the line on time. If you feel good to go on, there will be the perfect chance to do so if you are patient in the beginning |
