Why do you run?
For comradery with other runners, and the health/stress-relieving benefits are a plus too. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Have yet to have a good marathon experience, but one of my best racing memories was rounding the final corner of the Indy Monumental Half and seeing 1:26:xx on the clock, thinking it had to be a mistake, but then realizing I had beat my stretch goal by 3 minutes. |
Why do you pace?
I have greatly appreciated the help of pacers over the years and I love being able to do the same for others. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
Don’t know if I have a single favorite, but being alongside and encouraging others as they set new PRs is always one of the highlights of running for me. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
It may come in the form of dumb jokes, but I will do my best to keep the environment fun and give you something to distract your mind. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Resolve to enjoy the experience as best you can and keep looking at your watch/phone to a minimum |
