A quotation you like…

There is no growth in the comfort zone.” ~Jocko Willink

Why do you run?

I run to relieve everyday stress, stay healthy, and to consistently challenge myself mentally and physically.

Describe your best marathon memory.

My favorite marathon memory to date was running in the NYC marathon. The atmosphere was electric and the crowds/runners made you forget that you were running 26.2.

Why do you pace?

I pace to help others achieve their running/marathon goals and learn others’ stories in the running community.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am a flexible runner when it comes to pace and strategy. I am open to anywhere from easy/conversational running to a tempo run to push the limit.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Be open and upfront to the type of motivation you like or need throughout a marathon.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Knights of Columbus, Youth Athletics coaching, Junior Achievement
