Describe your best marathon memory.
I ran Sydney in 2025, the first year it was a World Major, and when I was at about 15 km into my race on an out and back stretch the elite men were on their home stretch. I got to see Kipchoge glide past effortlessly, just a few feet away from me! It was amazing to see his strength and stamina from such a close distance. |

Why do you pace?
I really enjoy running and helping people reach their goals! I have experienced running with some great pacers who pushed me when I felt like slowing, and I would like to serve the running community by sharing motivation along the way to encourage others because I know firsthand what a difference it can make. |

Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced a race that started with a pretty large group with me, then over time everyone either fell back or moved a little faster, leaving me with just one young woman. She stayed by my side the entire race and shared this was her first race since recovering from an injury. Her father was running near us for the entire race, and towards the very end she left me in the dust and crossed the finish line with her father! It felt great to run at a consistent pace so she had plenty of energy to finish strong and meet her goals. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
I have fun facts to share at certain mile markers that you won’t want to miss! I enjoy encouraging others and like to get to know the runners in my group. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I will walk all water stops and depending on the pace, may incorporate regularly timed walk breaks in between periods of jogging. |
