Sapping into each other’s energyand strength along the way is both fun and a practical way to really enjoy the journey |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
You already put in the long hours and the hard training miles-race day is for showing off the fruits of your hard work, so let’s all head to the finish line together and enjoy what our strong bodies can do |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
Review and become familiar with the course maps. Bike or drive the course before the race if possible to familiarize yourself with hey hills, turns, bridges, etc. Attend the Expo and athlete meetings and listen to the PA announcements since sometimes changes are made at the last minute |
