Completing the 12th marathon in as many days all under 4 hours and realizing how much of running is just that… running. |

It’s a chance to meet some new people and knowing the time removes all the stress |

At the Woodlands Marathon with Chris Lambert and coming in right on the money at 3:45 with a nice sized group. |

I’ll keep talking to distract you from the miles |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
Stop thinking and just run. That and Vaseline is a very useful tool. |

I definitely understand what it’s like to be tired and at the end of the rope during a race and how to keep going. |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I volunteer with Girls on the Run and volunteer time to teach falls prevention at a local independent living center. |
