I ran Hamptons Marathon and used it as just a training run. My goal was to finish a 100 mile race before the year end so I wanted to pack in as many long run as possible. I didn’t even try hard and PR’d and at mile 16, I was able to pass everyone who was ahead of me. |

Why do you pace?
It’s the best way to get more marathons in at different locations. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.

I actually paced a blind person once. It’s wonderful to help him achieve his goal as he had no one that was able to help him that month. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
I’m consistent with my pace. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Don’t push too hard on the downhill as energy is needed for the flat or uphill after that. |
