Why do you run?

I started running around 3 years ago and it has become a major part of my life. Having the ability to let your feet carry you to incredible places any time you want is unique to this sport. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
While I don’t run many road races, I love running long distances. Let’s get to the finish in good spirits and remember how fortunate we are to have the ability to run! |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Slow down at the beginning! Just run your race and you’ll achieve your goals while enjoying yourself a lot more along the way. |
