Why do you run?

Whether it’s going for a PR or trying a new distance there is always new challenge to look forward to and train for.

Describe your best marathon memory.
|
My second marathon was the 2009 New York City Marathon. It’s a massive event and the energy was off the charts. There was constant excitement from the singing of the National Anthem to the finish line in Central Park. |

Why do you pace?

It sounds like a fun way to get in training runs for my goal race. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I’ve run a lot of races and experienced a lot of adversity. I think my knowledge can help runners achieve their goals. Plus, I enjoy meeting new people and talking to the runners around me. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Get to the starting line early and plan on getting water at every aid station. |
