Describe your best marathon memory.

Boston Marathon. I felt that I was running down the middle of the SUPER BOWL stadium for 26 miles, 385 yards!! The crowds were incredible!!!!! |

A great opportunity to give back to a sport that has provided so much to me. Great way to meet new running friends and work together in reaching their goals! |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Your training is complete. There is absolutely nothing that you can do in the last week to help your race. However, over-training and lack of proper diet and hydration during the last week can wreck your hard work!! |

Take advantage of your recovery days. Make your speed days count!! Enjoy your running. It is a great way of life.
