Seeing my entire running group and kids at mile 25 of the A1A marathon and running in that last mile with me the first time I qualified for Boston. |

Why do you pace?
|
I have used pace groups to achieve some of my goals and it is such a huge help. I want to return the favor. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I am well known for being able to hold a conversation throughout the entire marathon! I will help motivate you and push you to stay on pace as the miles get harder. You WILL get your goal! |

Enjoy it. You trained hard to get here and the race is your reward. |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I have participated in and volunteered with Team in Training and also DetermiNation (American Cancer Society) I also support and help out with 100+ Everglades Dogs, a team dedicated to rescuing abandoned dogs from the Everglades. We got our rescue dog Scooby from them.
