I paced my teammates a few years ago at a 20K distance. All of them finished the race with their PR.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I will track the time to make sure we will finish accordingly.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Keep your phones and headphones at home! Don’t forget your BIB number and positive emotions! It will be cold in the morning, so bring warm clothes that you won’t mind leaving at the start If you want to achieve your PR try not to talk to match, run with permanent pace and be focused.
