I run because its my moving meditation – it soothes my anxiety, calms my nerves and keeps me grounded. |

The first year I paced the St Lukes Half, a father who was like 65+ was running with his daughter 35+ and they stayed with me the whole race. Watching them cross the finish together brought tears to my eyes. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
People who want to have fun. I tell people we are the Party Pace. The back of the pack runners getting the most out of our entry fee. |

|
Bring snacks! You cant have a party without snacks. |
