A quotation you like… |
“It’s a goal achievement that is difficult enough that you are going to have to become a different person by the time you get to that finish line. If you’re just starting out now, you are going to learn a lot about yourself, you’re going to push through a lot of discomfort, you are going to exercise a lot of discipline, making yourself get out there and run on days you don’t feel like it. That’s where those life changing moments are; making yourself do the hard thing over and over and over.” ~Trevor Spencer from the Marathon Training Academy Podcast |

Why do you run?
To feel alive in my body. And for the guilt free pasta and beer! |
Describe your best marathon memory.
There is nothing like the first time crossing the finish line and redefining what you are capable of! And that time in Big Sur where they had ponies on the course giving me the perfect excuse to take a break and pet them! |
Why do you pace?
I credit pacers for pushing me and giving me confidence when I thought that my race was over. I love the idea of giving back and doing that for someone else. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced Pacer Bundy to complete the Leadville 100 and Pacer Keith to complete the Badwater 135 Ultramarathon! But my truly best pacing experience is yet to come when I watch you achieve your goal! |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
They shouldn’t! They should run ahead of me and crush their goal! But if you run with me, the miles go faster and running always feels easier in a group. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Remember to have fun! That is the ultimate goal and it is easy to forget when it gets hard. Let’s all work together to remember that on race day! |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I volunteer with my running club at the Philadelphia 10-mile water stop every year. Stop by and say hi if you run it!
