The first marathon was A1A. Friends said you would be tired. But, they never warned me about leg cramps. OMG. I thought my muscles were going to rip off my legs. |

Sarasota…all age ranges,.. all shapes...all sizes…all diverse backgrounds…all walks of life…one common goal,,,amazing. Even better as I think about it was after the race when one of the group members achieved his goal and asked if I would get my picture taken with him and his wife. He went on to share with his wife if it was not for me, he would have never achieved his goal. He had tried 5 times and could never meet it until then. Amen. |

Best tip I can give stems back to our quote…believe…once you believe, joining this group will mean that much more. Our group prepares you not only before the race, but during and after as well. |
