Last year I did the cardinals 5k with my mom and afterwards we hung out and walked the bases at Busch stadium, Being in baseball heaven with my mom was just awesome |

I am known as being a cheerleader and I want people to meet their running goals |

I did the hot chocolate 15k and afterwards this lady wanted to take our picture together. It was her birthday and she had a big crowd and she kept going this is my pacer, this is my pacer |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am very encouraging and very positive. I feel that I have a good sense of humor |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
We are going to start off slow and take breaks but we will finish strong |

I love my little girl andrea and my husband Jeff is so understanding about my running. I have started to trail run more and recently wrote some articles about my experience |

I volunteer for St Louis Zoo, girls on the run and American Cancer Society
