After only running 1.5 miles, twice a year, for 22 yrs in the military, after retirement I decided to work on my health and worked my way from a 5k to a marathon in a year. I love to hear about other peoples running journeys and the different ways of experiencing running through different types of racing.

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I like to help coach our local running group’s 5K program. I also participate in numerous Veteran awareness and benefits programs throughout the year.
