|
Clears my mind and sets me up for the rest of the day ,even if shit happens its always manageable |

Why do you pace?
|
Never done it but feel like every marathon I do im always running at or around the same pace and it would be more fun to run with folks around you for light conversations and motivation. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I am friendly , and can offer tips for those running their first marathons . always like to share my tips and experiences. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
After mile 20, I like to walk the 15-20 meters into the hydration station and then walk the 15-20 meters after you consume you hydration. It acts like a mini-reset for your body |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
Don’t have any, I am a caretaker for my elderly parents and and full time dad to 2 boys ages 6 and 9 who also compete is basketball/soccer.
