I run to keep fitness and social with my running friends, get to know people around the world when I run the marathon races. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
My best marathon experience is CIM 2021. I was running together with a few friends from Atlanta. We were invited to join a virtual introduction meeting hosted by Burn Running Group in California. We also drove around the full course to understand the rolling hills and got well prepared. Preparation is the key for each marathon and we all did well achieving our goals. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
I am pretty precise and stable on the pace and will bring you to the goal, if you train well and just need a good pacer and a little push. My marathon strategy when I run is try to run a negative split and finish strong marathon. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I will start a little bit slower for the first 2-3 miles and navigate into MP after mile 3, I will slow down a little bit at each water station. Hydrate well and prepare gels 200-300 meters before the water stations. |
