To see what I am made of. Running has shown me just how weak I am, but also how strong I can be. It brings out my ‘guts’. |

My best marathon memory is running the St Louis Marathon with no shoes or socks on. AWESOME! :) |

Pacing the 13.1 Half marathon in Fort Lauderdale on an extremely windy day. People wanted to quit when the head wind got strong but I was able to get them to push through it! |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I will motivate you and get you to the finish line, plain and simple. I have run MANY races from 5k - 100 miles, I know what it takes to get you to where you want to be. |
