Running is like a medicine for me.

Describe your best marathon memory.


Mexico City marathon 2003 at mile 24 almost pass out I didn't finish the race, I learned what the marathon means, and it also made me improve and learn from my mistake for my future marathon.

Why do you pace?


I love help others to complete the race with a new pr.

I would said marathon del Pacifico Mexico and the 10-mile race at Disney.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Because I will make sure that people in my pace group enjoy the race that's the most important thing for me.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Don't be hard on self, be confident and trust your training.
