Why do you run?
|
Because it can be extremely difficult or extremely peaceful. Every run is different, yet it grounds you to discipline and consistency. Creatures of habit. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
|
My first marathon when I pulled a rookie mistake and wore compression socks day of the race. Foot swelled up at mile 20, but I kept chugging along to the finish where my family was waiting for me. Had to walk with a cane after that haha. |

Why do you pace?

To energize those trying to reach their goals and because its fun. |

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing the 4hr group in the Jersey City marathon. We were going up a hill mile 19—20 and one guy started singing Country Road and then the whole group started singing it together going up the hill. We didn’t even notice the hill. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I bring energy. I bring excitement. I bring consistency. Very transparent during runs and always looking out for those running alongside me. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Most important tip is to have fun and trust in the training. |
