Stress relief, “me” time, to start my day with something “hard” so that the rest of the day seems manageable

Running my first marathon with a BIG goofy smile on my face the whole time because I loved it so much and qualifying for Boston on my first try!

To help others achieve their goals and because I love to chat with people while running.

I helped several friends pass a physical fitness test they needed to get a certain score on to continue with their progression through job training That was a very rewarding experience!

For fun motivation through the difficult moments!
