A quotation you like…

Why do you run?

Movement is a universal language, and I communicate best through running. It’s my source of clarity, exercise, expression & has become an extension of how I serve others. Let’s inspire people to move in whatever way feels right for them.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Being an ambassador for the 2025 Eugene Marathon, I had the opportunity to meet Keira D’Amato during the Expo weekend & during the race she cheered me on by name at miles 7 & 18! It was such a boost of energy to be supported by the women’s American record holder in the marathon. I’ll never forget how invigorating it was to feel her support. Words are so powerful!

Why do you pace?

I know the feeling of being paced to reach a goal, and it’s a contagious feeling for me. As a club leader & coach, I find equal joy in getting people to reach new heights as much as I enjoy doing it myself. It’s a special opportunity to be able to guide others to the finish line with optimism, positive & the best energy!

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I have served as a run club leader & pacer for various corporate & local clubs, from big brand like adidas & On, to locally led clubs such as my own. The best experience was for our end of year “New Year’s Heave” run, where TBD Track Club gathered to run a PR on Dec. 31st, the last day of the year. I paced a few of my teammates to new half marathon PR’s & it was so rewarding to see the growth in all of them to achieve such a big goal together.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

If you like to party, laugh, learn about the city (I was a tour guide right out of college & know lots of fun facts about the beautiful city of Miami!) & run a half marathon while doing it - I’m your girl! My goal is for your race to feel as smooth as possible. I hope anyone that runs in my pace group feels at ease when they join the pack.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Enjoy the race! Your training has prepared you for this moment; you’re ready. Let the race be a celebration of all of the hard work you put in to get here. Have a delicious carb load beginning 2-3 days before the race, be sure to stay hydrated & you can never pack too many gels!

Anything else you’d like to share?

RUNNING IS THE BEST SPORT IN THE WORLD! That is all.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

My track club participates in quarterly beach plog runs with local org Run Clean Up; we also organize cheer zones to support runners at all local races because if you’re not running, you’re cheering!
