Why do you run?
For health and longevity, to push myself to get stronger and faster, and because it’s FUN! |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Crossing the finish line with my soon-to-be-husband of the PIttsburgh marathon; it was his first marathon, and my second, and it was rough. He stuck with me and we got to the finish together, and it was such a relief to be done running and to have experienced the whole race together, through sickness and health. 😆 |
Why do you pace?
I love to encourage others to reach their goals, and push beyond what they thought was possible! |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
Cranking up the music and singing and dancing my friend through her longest long run in preparation for a half marathon. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
We’re going to work hard, and have fun, and get to the finish line together! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I generally use run/walk intervals, but if that’s not for you it’s ok! Run your own race, and the group will be there if it helps you, but it’s YOUR race. |
