Tell us your best pacing experience.
I enjoyed pacing the Pittsburgh back half marathon. The pace was ideal for me and the crowd was amazing. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I let the pace group know when water and gels areas are coming up and I encourage them to not continue when they are second guessing themselves. I also let them know when a hill is coming up and tell them to take it easy and do smaller strides. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
I would tell them to always start out slower than you anticipate running, you will not regret it when you have a strong finish. |
