A quotation you like…

It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live”

Why do you run?

I enjoy running to stay in shape, the outdoors and the scenery.

Describe your best marathon memory.

When my parents and husband went to watch me run in Boston in 2023. I also ran with my best friend, so it was amazing

Why do you pace?

I enjoy helping others achieve their goals and making them feel good while making sure they pace smart.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I enjoyed pacing the Pittsburgh back half marathon. The pace was ideal for me and the crowd was amazing.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I let the pace group know when water and gels areas are coming up and I encourage them to not continue when they are second guessing themselves. I also let them know when a hill is coming up and tell them to take it easy and do smaller strides.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

I would tell them to always start out slower than you anticipate running, you will not regret it when you have a strong finish.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Remember that not everyone is able to run, be thankful you can run and enjoy it.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I pace runners for the Pgh marathon and make donations to animal advocates in Pittsburgh PA.I also travel to cat shelters across the world and donate my time and money,
