A quotation you like… |
When your legs get tired run with your heart. |
||
Why do you run? |
I was a smoker for a long time. I finally decided to quit (best decision ever) and decided to get a treadmill to help me stay active and fit. It was all downhill from there. I signed up for my first half marathon a couple years later, placed in my age group, and was hooked. |
||
Describe your best marathon memory. |
It would probably have to be the Erie Marathon, where I qualified for Boston. Conditions were perfect, my training was on point, and I never hit the dreaded wall It was meant to be. |
||
Why do you pace? |
I love helping people achieve their running goals. |
||
Tell us your best pacing experience. |
I paced a friend of mine who wanted to get a half marathon PR. She didn’t believe she could do it, but I knew she could. I had so much fun talking her through it and keeping her company. She got a 3 minute PR and I could not have been more proud! |
||
Why should someone run in your pace group? |
I truly love running and I love helping people reach their running goals. |
