Why do you run?

Running has brought out the best in me. I love setting goals and working relentlessly towards them. Running reminds me that you get out what you put in.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Qualifying for the Boston marathon for the first time at the Mesa marathon in 2024 in front of my family and friends.

Why do you pace?

It inspires me to see others accomplish their goals at all levels of running

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing my friend Hunter for 38 miles at the Mohican 100-mile race to a 7th place finish and taking 2nd in his age group.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Good vibes, steady pacing, plenty of encouragement… we’re crossing that finish line together.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Fuel early and often. Don’t take a gel based on how you currently feel, take a gel based on how you want to feel in 20 minutes.

Anything else you’d like to share?

When I started running in 2020, I couldn’t run more than a mile without having to stop and walk. Don’t underestimate what you can achieve when you commit to a goal!

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I work with numerous local nonprofits through our business
