Why do you run?
As I was training for my first half marathon (which I thought would be a one & done), I realized that running gave me time with myself to clear my mind & be outside. It also made me realize that I am stronger than I realize. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
We were running along the National Mall during MCM, when one member of our pace group shared that pace group member was a Medal of Honor Recipient. It was so incredibly moving in that moment! |
Why do you pace?
I get so much joy out of helping others reach or surpass their goals! It’s an honor to be part of the journey with you all! I’m here to help your prove to yourself how strong you are. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
My best pacing experiences are when the group connects with each other & then they start to recruit others to join us along the way. It becomes such an encouraging, positive bubble, as we all work towards our goal. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I’m here, so you don’t have to worry about all of the things. I will remind you to fuel & hydrate. I like to play some games along the way too! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Sticking with your planned & practiced fueling & hydration strategy is key! |
