Why do you run? |
I run for the physical benefits it provides, the friendships running has helped me build and for the stress relief being active provides. |

Describe your best marathon memory. |
No one finish line has really been better than another. Each has come with it's own lessons, challenges and memories. |

Why do you pace? |
I have been lucky to be surrounded by supportive runners who want to see me reach my goals. I would like to "pay it forward' and support others the same way. |

Why should someone run in your pace group? |
Because I am charming and delightful of course. |

Relax and enjoy. It will be over before you know it |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I deliver Meals on Wheels, volunteer in the elementary school library, and I am a Girl Scout Leader. |
