Why do you run?


I love starting out the day doing something hard, which puts the rest of the day’s challenges into perspective.

Describe your best marathon memory.


I love a good downpour during a race and have had two marathons where this happened. There is nothing better than splashing through a big puddle. (Yes, I am probably alone in this one.)

Why do you pace?


I love being a part of other people’s experiences and getting them to their goal.

Pacing at Disney and entering Magic Kingdom to run down Main Street. That scene just never gets old.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


I am consistent and I try my best to keep my pace group entertained and out of their heads during those tough moments.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Break the task of finishing into smaller segments and get through each of those. Also bring some great stories and inspirations to share with us along the way.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I love giving back through volunteering. (Bonus if it is working with animal).
