Why do you run?
I go for running to clear my head, enjoy nature, peace and quiet
Describe your best marathon memory.
My best marathon memory: When you think you want to quit, you're still cheered on by supporters and volunteers on the course.
Why do you pace?
I maintain the desired pace within the group, ensuring that runners don't exceed their limits and telling them to run at their own pace. I provide the runners with the necessary motivation and coaching to achieve their goals, and I create a positive and pleasant atmosphere within the group.
Tell us your best pacing experience.
My best experiences at the marathon, the thank your after the race from the runners, happy faces, the encouragement you give during the run, the supporters who cheer you on
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I create atmosphere, I give guidelines, I am there when things get difficult, I laugh, sing, shout, if necessary I call runners who hinder other runners to order, I can run at a constant pace
