Why do you run?


Physical & mental health, and competitive drive (within myself)

Describe your best marathon memory.


Mentally and physically struggling during a race then, suddenly and unexpectedly, seeing friends on the course yelling my name and cheering for me. 1 friend even ran along side of me up a hill and motivated me to keep pushing. Not to mention I hit a PR (for that point in my running journey).

To support and motivate other runners to reach their goals.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


I am a numbers person – personal and professional – so we’ll get to the finish in the desired finish time.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Relax, focus on your breathing, and form.

Have fun. Enjoy the fact you have the physical ability to run (when so many others can’t).
