Why do you run?
I love challenging and pushing myself through limits that were only in my head… |
Describe your best marathon memory.
My very first marathon, New York City in 2021, no doubt. It is an indescribable feeling, especially it being such a big event and having running it for a cause (Team for Kids). What I thought would be my bucket list one-time marathon, has now become my lifestyle and I will never be the same person again. |

Why do you pace?
I still remember the first time I ran with a pacing group. I learned a lot, heard amazing running stories, and had my best time (at the time). I ended up even qualifying for Boston. After that, I wanted to pace to help other runners achieve their goals and pass on my knowledge to others (and continue to learn from other runners too!) |

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing 2 first-time marathoners and helping a runner BQ this year (2025)! |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I love to help runners as much as possible with all the tips I’ve learned as a marathoner, and I also provide them with tips on different ways to preserve energy during a marathon. I give cues on best times to take the nutrition while running and push them to finish strong! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Be ready to have fun (and if you’d like, make sure to tell my your “why” about running the marathon). Also, if you’re a first-time marathoner, that’s important for me to know – we all know what it means to run a marathon for the first time! |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
Have any questions for me? Don’t hesitate to ask when you meet me at the start line (or during the race)!

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I’m always helping with donations for kids in need.
