Why do you run?
|
Because I can! Running and exercise put me in my Zen place, I am able to free my mind and think without trying. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
|
Getting to mile 22 at the back end of Ironman North Carolina and knowing I was going to complete the race! Realizing I was going to come in sub 3hrs at NJ Marathon |

Why do you pace?
|
To be able to give back to the running community and be able to help others in the way I have been helped, I would not have finished my first marathon if not for the pacer I was running with |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
To have the camaraderie during tough parts of the race as well as having the value of experienced runners with you to assist in the best day possible! |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Be relaxed and have fun! Don’t be afraid to ask questions as we go, anything I can do to help your race let me know, we will all stick together and hit the goal! |
