I was having severe sleep deprivation and stomach issues in a timed race and a kind person nudged me until I got up from laying on a bench, then they ran by for a while until I threw up in the bushes recovered to finish the race. |

Why should someone run in your pace group? |
Because I bring positivity and will do everything I can to get them to finish on time. |

All the hard work is done in training, remember the miles and tough runs you put in when things start getting tough. |
